Opera in the Park is the premier cultural event in April in Palm Springs. This annual FREE concert of beloved opera arias draws thousands of people from all over Southern California and the world every Spring in a celebration of great opera music with  professional artists.

Ryan competes in the Western Region Finals of The Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition.

Ryan will perform Ralph Vaughan Williams’ timeless cycle The Songs of Travel together with fellow LA Opera Domingo-Colburn-Stein Young Artist Manuel Arellano. The performance is part of a concert curated and prepared by Susan Graham featuring other members of young artist program.

Ryan makes his Hollywood Bowl debut appearing with Chris Thile— mandolin virtuoso of the Punch Brothers and Nickel Creek— and the LA Phil performing Thile’s “ATTENTION! A narrative song cycle for extroverted mandolinist and orchestra”.
